Booker Place Park has a sandpit, flying fox, swings and lots of forts with slides, ladders, cargo nets in a natural setting. It’s the ideal rest stop for some FREE fun activity for your Brisbane Kid. Paths make for easy access around the park for strollers and wheelchairs. Other amenities include toilets, a water fountain, two picnic shelters with tables and a barbeque. Designated skate areas, a rebound wall and a basketball half-court are there for bigger kids. There is a separate fenced dog off-leash area behind. Booker Place Park is also one of the council’s Brisbane parks that are wifi hotspots.

The natural setting and surroundings of Booker Place Park make for some fun wildlife-spotting park ranger play for younger kids. The forts with their linking bridges are perfect for games of house or for keeping a lookout for crocodiles below.
