My weekly Primal Kids Classes are all about teaching kids about natural movement and play in nature. Using mostly natural objects as our equipment, playing lots of games, performing lots of different essential skills such as crawling, balancing etc. All classes are designed to provide truly functional fitness and lots of fun!
This type of semi-structured/unstructured play helps improve coordination, balance, agility. mobility, spatial awareness, and confidence.

For kids aged 3+ years old.
Bookings are essential as min. numbers are required for classes to go ahead each week.
